We weren’t always a takeaway. No, we started off as a café in April 2018, and in the first (almost) three years we enjoyed our well-earned café status as a place of quality food and drink.
Early in 2020 we changed direction and started to trade more as a takeaway in response to the Coronavirus and traded throughout lockdown v1.
We changed our opening hours to meet the new challenge and now we open in the evenings on Friday and Saturday.
As the newest takeaway in Penzance, we had a challenge to make a new tasty menu and this meant introducing new equipment and expanding the kitchen.
By about November 2020 we had established ourselves as a serious weekend takeaway. Offering Southern Fried Chicken, flame grilled beef burgers, hot dogs and pizzas. We also introduced a whole range of unique dipping sauces that are made by our chefs, designed to accompany all of our dishes.
